General
Hello, thanks for writing for me and a disclaimer up ahead, everything except the dnws is a kind suggestion. Do as you please, really, go nuts. I don't care how weird it gets, I welcome it.
When it comes to gore I am interested in it as something sensual, sexual, as something grotesque, disgusting, horrific, aesthetic. I love the horror genre in all its facets (also in particular relevant: body horror), I love transgressive fiction, I love sexualized suffering and weird smut, I love ero guro art (Suehiro Maruo in particular and little more horny: Kaneoya Sachiko). I like all sorts of pretentious musings of Bataille about death and eroticism as well as just gritty realism.
I like to see my favs suffer with a sort of tender sadism (tender are my feelings, not necessarily their suffering). Moaning, groaning, writhing and trembling is just hot to me, whether it's from pleasure or pain or both.
I usually nominated both / and & for ships, because it's hard to draw the line and I don't really care if there is blatant sexual attraction or not.
Additional Tags
I didn't go for action, humour, hurt/comfort and angst, because the other stuff interests me more but it's not like you can't write somethig that will make me laugh or has action or comfort, and angst is such a wide field anyways... I just wanted to highlight what interests me most.

Smut:
I like any level of explicit, from the crude to the flowery. I have a general purpose list of smut things that interest me here. Most of the ships I requested are m/m but I am super extra okay with female aggressors wherever it is possible.
Do Not Write
- underage smut (especially prepubescent, I'm ok with late-ish teen)*

Prompts
The Terror
Hickey, my evil little creature, my Genet, my villain with a heart of dirt. Just such a fun guy. Because of the setting cannibalism is obviously on the table, but I am open to all sort of other violence being inflicted by Hickey or onto Hickey. Does he torture someone at mutiny camp? Do we get to see him torn to bits by Tuunbaq (if you want to write bestiality here, be my guest). Show me his murder of Irving. Make it sexy or divine. Does he have a Hannibal moment and eats someone alive? Vampirism, Ravenous crossover? I'm okay with canon appropriate terminal illness here.
Lo chiamavano Jeeg Robot | They Call Me Jeeg (2015)
You actually know this film? If you don't, it's a sort of dark superhero take set in the suburbs of Rome and it has characters with convenient super healing. It has an amazing fun villain, which I would heartily enjoy a) being tortured b) torturing someone else (in particular our hero). I love how fucking nasty he looks later in his David Bowie phase and all the gender transgressions he engages in. I'd appreciate body horror coming from some mutation. Noncon is my bestie. Anything going off his unhinged creatura energies. He could be pulling out his nails and watching them regrow or eat Enzo's dick or they just have some fight sex. (I am slightly iffy about Enzo for... reasons of his gf and treatment of her, so I won't weep for him if he dies). Also if Nunzia does something terrible to him that would be hot too. Or if you make her death scene a little creepier. It is already pretty great, I love the sensual horror of it. I'm okay with more formalized bdsm stuff here (the man's office is filled with leashes, collars and so on).
The North Water (TV 2021)
The grime, the dirt, the rape and murder and the industrial scale animal slaughter. Man is the animal and so on. There are a lot of nasty fics for this fandom which I already enjoy, because those men are really nasty inside and outside (mostly on the inside though). There is the canon sexualized knifing scene, the possibility for accidents, medical care (medical making things worse, Mr Sumner?). I like prissy Patrick Sumner to receive a bad time (he's cute!). I like him as a pain slut, I like him as prey, I like him as a murderer.
The Old Guard (Movie 2020)
Nicolo & Yusuf
I think the whole body horror of the healing would be fun to explore, in particular in a romantic context. So I'm not super interested in the gore just being something that happens in some action scene. Did Nicky and Joe ever eat each other's flesh? Did they get up to kinky gore stuff? Did they try double suicide? Mix their flesh and see what happens? Does Nicky ever play the St Sebastian for Joe's paintings? A vignette of brutal moments in art history reenacted? Cooking with your lover's flesh and other such Hannibal moments. The inherent intimacy of pushing a blade into your arch nemesis' guts (ah, the symbolism, what did they mean by this?). Nicky as a genuine martyr. They can be enemies, lovers, friends, don't care when you set this but I do like the historical setting a little more than modern day. Also I nominated the film but if you want to go with the comics that's cool too (size differences <<).
One thing I'm not super fond of with these as a couple is super sugary sweet fluff and excessive use of "my beloved" every two lines. Clearly the love is there and can come gushing out (hah), but I see them as just two regular dudes.
Booker
So apparently fanon has it that he's a submissive masochist who likes to get tortured by women? (I'm not involved in the fandom much but I read the comic with the nuns...). That's very hot and also perfectly fine without the romance.
Ancient History RPF
If you don't know this guy he's the emperor also know for calling himself empress and enjoying to be sodomized by big lads when being a receiver was a big no-no. Also known for throwing parties where he drowned people in roses or threw snakes at them. He also introduced Rome to his Syrian blood and sun cult, which is where some of his gender fuckery and general issues comes from. I think he's a fun character to inflict on others. Debauched blood parties for the sun emperor and so on. Or go into detail with the religious angle. Don't mind making it about his death either.
Ancient Greek Religion & Lore
I just love Euripides' Bacchae. What I like about it is the aspects of animal frenzy, "the Dionysian" and a reversal of gender roles. A hyper masculine man is violated (and literally torn apart) by frenzied, "hysteric" women (and possibly animals). And then the oddly feminist angle that Dionysus gives women the power to live deliciously on their own and to overpower any man, reversing their roles. They leave their babies behind to nurse wolves in the forest. They chase men off, tearing livestock to bits, possibly some cute innocent goat herders too. Magic, femdom, shapeshifting, crossdressing, the beauty and terror of being fucked by a god.
A Field In England (2013)
If you don't know this film, it's very weird slightly psychedelic historic horror with a bit of alchemy, witchcraft and the cosmic going on. As an easy prompt there is that tent scene (so what happens inside?) and the disturbing reveal afterwards to work with. Body horror, magic, transformation, violation, transgression, devil's pacts, Lovecraftian shit... whatever you desire.
The Lighthouse (2019)
The horrors of capitalism and the light you were not meant to see and also guilt and sea monsters. Anything vile and disturbing would entertain me. Tentacle rape, eating a mermaid, being eaten by a mermaid, touching the light, transformations, death, accidents, nightmares, a more brutal revenge.
