Hello creator!
Thanks for making something for me and a disclaimer up ahead, everything except the DNWs is a kind suggestion. Do as you please, really, go nuts. I don't care how weird it gets, I welcome it. And I'm always happier if you make something you're comfortable with rather than bind yourself to the things I've listed.
For some fandoms I have not signed up for treats (as in: the treat part in trick or treat) because they are dark, horrific, disturbing and I would like to keep it that way, but I am still very much okay with smut in those fandoms, just not fluffy smut.
I have no specific prompts that are Halloween related but I do like horror and I like all sorts of masquerade, costumes and masks, whether that's Halloween or Saturnalia. So if you want to just write something in that vein, I'm game.

Horror Likes
Southern Gothic
A Good Man Is Hard to Find, Midnight in the Garden of Good and Evil, Stoker, Gummo, Days of Heaven.
I like the mix of the religious and the rot, implications of a seedy underbelly, memories of slavery, swamps, plantations, physical and moral decay.
Cosmic Horror
Lovecraft, Carpenter's Apocalypse trilogy, A Field in England, Under the Skin.
I also appreciate an overlap between cosmic and folk horror, aliens as gods or gods as aliens.
Folk Horror, Witchcraft, Fae, Mythology and Mystery
Penda's Fen, The Wicker Man, Picnic at Hanging Rock, Day of Wrath, The Great God Pan.
I am especially fond of mundane kind of magic, where the line between myth and truth, magic or not, is hard to tell. And I am a big fan of themes of transgressions interwoven with the horror, queer stories etc.

For styles I like medieval and early Renaissance art and then lets fast forward past all that realism to the 20th century. I like the 1910s and 1920s a lot, silent films, expressionist dance, the grotesque, ero-guro (Suehiro Maruo). I'm generally fond of things being abstract, distorted, heightened and symbolic rather than realistic.
For smut I care a lot more about props (including clothing!) and poses than genitalia and I am partial to thick guys with a bit of meat and hair on them in positions of distress but obviously that doesn't make sense for all prompts.

Do Not Write
- terminal illness, cancer, dementia, amnesia, Alzheimer's*
- male on female dubcon/noncon*
- mundane modern AU (coffee shop, college, rock band etc.)
- issuefic, current politics
- mpreg, pregnancy*, kidfic
- alpha/beta/omega (and similar worldbuilding with assigned roles/biodeterminism)
- focus on formalized aspects of bdsm (formal negotiations, safewords, traffic light system, people identifying as dom/sub)°
* mentions are ok, real life happens, just don't make me think or feel about it too much
° I am really not fond of: safe word usage, constant check-ins, traffic light, using words like sub space, anything that draws attention to the formal nature of the act. If it makes sense in canon a character can be aware of BDSM etiquette and they may discuss things with their partner, that itself can be erotic and fun, it's just not something I enjoy in a smut scene where I like to suspend my disbelief.
